DISTRICT PROJECT

This Year's Project is The STEPS Program (Successful Transition from Elementary to Post- Secondary) developed by the Regional
Assessment and Resource Centre (RARC) located at Queen's University.

This is a program for grade 7 and 8 students with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program is designed to reduce barriers, teach skills and
strategies, and equip both students and parents with the knowledge and support needed for the students to confidently complete their
high school studies and look to the future in the work place, or in post-secondary studies.
